Client keeps crashing

Been reading up on facepunch and other sites. Seems like I am crashing after playing for 30min at a time on the Feb 2014 client. Haven't had this problem with the Dec 2013 version. Now whenever I get on the server, I would have to scramble to make up whatever house I can before the client locks up and I would have to alt-tab to kill the process. When I try to log in again, it says I'm still connect. Is anyone else having similar problems with the new version?

Weird, did you do a side download, or use the client I handed out? I haven't heard of this issue.

i did both, one from you and two from other sources. My laptop can handle many other games, but don't know why the client keeps crashing or locking up. I'll probably abstain from playing on your server for now, bro. If I do, it'll just be to build a bit before the game locks up again. Maybe when the next update is released, things will be back to normal.

Only things I can think of is, use the same resolution as your desktop, keep v-sync off, and or try it on, could try turning off your display driver control panel. Other than that, I'm at a loss. I can probably do some research

Ended up using the new 2-25-14 version. Tested it on my home LAN server, no crashes at all. Guess I'll be more active when your server updates to this latest version. Hope the save file can be migrated so no wipe is necessary.

There is an even newer version? Interesting. I'll have to look into that.
